FOB Mombasa is typically four to six weeks from contract to vessel. CIF Northern Europe is typically seven to ten weeks door to discharge port. Both assume normal corridor conditions — the Logistics page explains where slippage actually comes from.
Not yet. Certification is in progress. Our organic-track lots follow the practices required — no prohibited pesticides, no deforestation, plot-level input records — but we do not claim a certificate we do not hold. Current status is on the certificate status sheet above.
Cadmium is managed as a specification parameter and per-lot testing is available. EU maximum levels apply to finished products rather than beans, so the practical question is what your finished formulation needs. Tell us your target and we will test against it before shipment.
Not commercially yet. Powder is available as sample material. Pressing capacity is under evaluation and we will announce it when it is real rather than when it is planned.

Yes, and we encourage it. We host buyer visits to the farms, fermentation stations and the Beni warehouse. Tell us your dates and any security or compliance protocol your company requires and we will plan around it.

Every shipment travels with its analysis bulletin, and an independent weight and quality survey at loading is available on request. Where non-conformity against contract specification is demonstrated, we renegotiate terms. No commercial dispute has been recorded to date.
Yes. Long-term supply agreements with an agreed volume, price mechanism and call-off schedule are the arrangement we prefer, because they let us plan collection and fermentation capacity around real demand.
